★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İyi hizmet, güleryüzlü personel. Kaliteli ürünler. Ancak fiyatlar bir o kadar yüksek. Fiyat politikası değişirse tercih edilme potansiyeli o denli yükselir. Doğru düzgün içilebilecek ürünler bile 15 tl den başlıyor :(
Good service, friendly staff. Quality products. But the prices are so high. If the price policy changes, the potential of being preferred increases. Even products that can be smoked properly start from 15 TL :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.11.2021 tarihinde aldigimiz 99 tl lik Belcika Cukulatali Cilekli Pasta maalesef taze degildi.Daha once Batikent Subesinden taze alip severek yedigimiz bu tadi ayirt edebilmemiz zor olmadi.Maalesef Eryaman Metromall subesindeki pasta bu oaraya ragmen gunluk degildi ve icindeki profiterol bile kurumustu.Yorumlardski olumsuzluklari dikkate almadik ama yanilmisiz .
Sizlerden ricamiz Lutfen isletme olarak kazanc kapiniza daha özen gosterin.

The 99 TL Belgian Chocolate Strawberry Cake we bought on 21.11.2021, unfortunately, was not fresh. It was not difficult for us to distinguish this taste, which we bought fresh from the Batikent Branch and ate it with love. Unfortunately, the cake in the Eryaman Metromall branch was not daily despite that and even the negative profiteroles in it were dry. we didn't get it but we were wrong.
Our request from you, please, as a business, pay more attention to your earnings.

Müşteriler rahatsız oluyor" diyebilirdi.Müessesenize tüm çalışanlarınızın tavırlarından,saygılı muamelelerinden ve hizmet kalitelerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.Önce çocuklarımıza saygı gösterelim ki onlar da toplumda saygının ne demek olduğunu bilerek büyüsünler...

I would like to thank the gentleman, the Store Manager, who managed the crisis with a very nice maneuver by giving an educational warning to an EDUCATION customer by saying, "I can take you to a quieter environment if you want," with courtesy and respect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San Sebastian cheesecake taze ve lezzetliydi porsiyon olarakta 1 kişinin yiyebilceğinden fazlaydi. Bizimle ilgilenen hanımefendide gayet ilgiliydi. Hijyen anlamında göze çarpan bir kusur yoktu. Gayet güzel bir işletme.
San Sebastian cheesecake was fresh and delicious, and the portion was more than one person could eat. The lady who took care of us was also very interested. There was no conspicuous defect in terms of hygiene. It's a pretty good business.
