 It's an old and well-established restaurant, but if I'm going to put the garlic in the soup, I think there's no point if I'm going to squeeze the lemon and adjust the salt myself. Boiling and bringing plain tripe.. :(

Kelle paca: Guzel, ben yogurt terbiyeli tercih ediyorum, bunu cok iyi bir et corbasi gibi dusunun.
Dugun corbasi: sebzeli guzel bir corba, kivam ve lezzet harika. Deneyin.
Haslama: Kuzu incik haslama, suyu ile birlikte cok iyi, pilav ile birlikte yiyin.
Orman kebabi: Cok iyi, deneyin.
Kabak tatlisi: Harika, mutlaka deneyin, ek tahin ve ceviz isteyin. Dokusu ve pisirimi harika, seker orani yerinde.
Kaymakli ekmek kadayifi: cok iyi.
Quality traditional Turkish cuisine restaurant. Artisan restaurant style.
Kelle Paca: Good, I prefer yogurt seasoned, think of it as a very good meat soup.
Wedding soup: a nice soup with vegetables, the consistency and taste are great. Try.
Haslama: Lamb shank haslama is very good with its broth, eat it with rice.
Orman kebab: Very good, try it.
Zucchini dessert: Great, must try, ask for additional tahini and walnuts. Its texture and cooking are great, its sugar ratio is on point.
Bread kadayif with cream: very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was clean. Staff knew a little bit of english but was very cooperative. I took kuzu firin tandir. It was roasted lamb with roasted tail fat of the lamb. The taste was awesome. The price was 53 t.l tea (chaye) was for 2 t.l
