Bu tatlı işi mutlaka taze olmalı. 2. veya 3. güne sarktığında midede yanma hissine sebep oluyor. Dolayısıyla direkt üreticiden almak bu manada avantaj olarak görünüyor. Marketlere ürünün ulaşma ve tüketilme süreci riskli. Müşterisi yoğun olan yerler erken tüketti diyelim. Müşterisi az olan yerlere ilgili olarak, ertesi güne sarkan ürünleri düşünün derim. Taze alalım taze tüketelim ve ödediğimiz paraya değsin.
Camuzoğlu, one of the producers that comes to mind when Baklava is mentioned, makes Baklava really well. Health to your hands. This dessert must be fresh. Benim anlamadığım fıstıklı ürünlerde mesela baklavada fıstığın Yeşil rengi diğer katmanlara nasıl geçiyor ve bu bana anormal geliyor.
The market is messy, close to the venue, and there are places that are pretentious and more affordable. I haven't had a chance to try it yet. Maybe I'll write again in the future. What I don't understand is how the green color of pistachio is transferred to other layers in products with pistachio, for example in baklava, and this seems abnormal to me.
