★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özellikle Cevahir özel tatlısı bir harika. Benim favorim baklava damak çatlatıyor. Nazım Bey kibarlığı ise ayrı güzellik. Ankara'da baklava yeniden tanımlanıyor.
Especially Cevahir special dessert is wonderful. My favorite is baklava, it cracks the palate. Nazim Bey's kindness is another beauty. Baklava is being redefined in Ankara.

Greetings, I tasted the flavors of the newly opened Cevahir baklava in Çukurambar, ANKARA; it was extremely successful with plain oil and peanut quality.
I congratulate the owner of the business, Hacı Nazım, and his team, which impresses with its simple and elegant concept, I hope it will be good for their efforts..

Sarığı burma, Midye.. bugün de soğuk baklavasını oğlum denedi, fena değil diyor.. Su böreğine gelince, deneyebilirsiniz.. Antep Fıstığını da bugün aldım..görüntü çok güzel ama küçük boy ve birçoğu kapalı çıktı(şans) .. Fiyatlar yüksek sayılır.. Bence tanıtım için bir süre uygun fiyata satış yapmaları uygun olurdu.. Çukurambar'a açılan ikinci Antepli firma.. İlki katmerciydi, kapandı.. Umarım burası çok iyi iş yapar.. Tavsiye ediyorum.. Teşekkürler..

Don't twist the turban, Mussels.. my son tried the cold baklava today, he says it's not bad.. As for the water pastry, you can try it.. I also bought the Pistachio today..the image is very nice, but they are small in size and most of them turned out to be closed (luck) .. Prices are considered high .. I think it would be appropriate for them to sell at affordable prices for a while for promotion.. The second Antep company opened in Çukurambar.. The first was katmerci, it was closed.. I hope this place will do a great job.. I recommend it.. Thank you..
