Merkez Lokantası 1971 yılında, Demetevler’de Arif ve Kadir Soylu kardeşler tarafından kurulmuş ve 46 yıldır sizlerin zevkinize hitap etmektedir.
O yıllardan bugünlere Merkez Lokantası’nın kaliteden ödün vermeyen prensibi
ve damak zevkini en üst düzeylere taşıma gayreti ile sizlerin güvenini kazanmıştır.
Yemeklerimizi sizlere sunmak için hazırlarken malzemelerimizi kalite kontrollü gıdalardan oluşturduğumuzu ve bu gıdaların insan sağlığına hiçbir zararının olmadığını temin ederiz.
Yemeklerimizde kesinlikle margarin kullanılmamakta ve sadece ankara tava,
beyti ve iskender ürünlerinde “hakiki tereyağ” kullanılmaktadır.
