“Ferfene” ; kültürel miras ulusal envanterinde “ Toplumsal Uygulamalar, Ritüeller ve Festivaller “ grubuna giren, temelde sohbet, yemek ve eğlenceye dayalı bir geleneksel kültür unsurudur. Eski bir Anadolu geleneği olan Ferfene, arkadaş ve komşuların köy odasında, kırda, tarlada, bağda, bahçede veya değişik iş yerlerinde beraberlerinde azıklarını (yiyeceklerini) da getirerek hoş sohbet ve müzik eşliğinde yedikleri yemekti. Genelde ev dışında yapılan bu azık karıştırma/paylaşma eyleminde kişiler zaman zaman kendi aralarında yemek taksimi yapar veya yemekler kura ile belirlenir ve tespit edilen günde herkes belirlenen yemekleri getirir, birlikte yer, ardından sohbet ederek acı kahvelerini içer ve daha sonra saz çalıp türküler söyleyerek çeşitli oyunlar oynarlardı. Bu yemekli ve eğlenceli toplantılara Anadolu'nun farklı yerlerinde farklı isimler de verilmiştir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated! Had ferfene burger, requested medium grilled. It was well, over-cooked. Music was inappropriate for a steakhouse. It is a steakhouse, not a cafe. The desert, katmer, is nothing like what you can have in Gaziantep. It was smelly and tasted "doughy" - undercooked. My fiancee had meatball (ferfene köfte). We both found it too salty. Not inedible, but still. The staff was kind and helpful. However, I wished to be asked for my satisfaction after I finish, not some unnecessary comment on an irrelevant subject like phone chargers. We did not have a real steak, can not comment on that aspect, but the experience so far is not promising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat is made well-aged, staff are so friendly, the price is quite reasonably economical and environment is so gorgeous. Worth of visiting to here! Cheese Kofte is the famous appetizer at here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was a bit slow but the steps were decent. No alcohol served and the Turkish coffee want the best I ever had but decent value for the money considering its a steak house. The ambiance and decor are spot on and the location is close to quite a few hotels and other restaurants add well as shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ delicious meat, service is a mix of good and trying to trick you. we had a soup which was good but very salty, kofte with cheese which was also very salty but otherwise delicious and a t-bone medium it was really good. careful with the initial water they serve without asking if you want it, reject it if you don't.

I had bone marrow soup, lamb chops, and turnip juice. All, except the juice, were very salty.
Was warned by one of the reviewers not to accept bottled water. Plus, they told me that I would get 4 chops, but got 3.
Anyway, the total was 91 TL - 100 with a tip. Not bad...
