It was a place where I was really disappointed … The forest fruit cheesecake that came already had a joke-like appearance and taste. Of course, the taste can be discussed, but when I said that I had a walnut shell in my mouth and I wanted to return the product, we do it without sugar, we use walnuts and oats, of course, we apologize for the walnut shell, but we can't return it. They said they would send it back to the kitchen, but they didn't even bother to give any feedback. I couldn't even talk to anyone in charge. Frankly, I did not see the slightest solution-oriented approach. If the aim is to sell only products, it is a correct policy, but if it is to provide a good service and ensure customer satisfaction, I can say that it is a very incomplete place. I paid the money and left the place. The money I gave to that cheesecake will not make me poor, I'm sure it won't make this business rich either, but customer dissatisfaction will harm your business and it's clear that you should focus more on it. And when it came to this point, encountering such an attitude in such a place made me extremely uncomfortable. Even if I was not interviewed by an authorized person there, maybe they will take it into consideration. If your goal is to be a business that provides good service, I recommend that you pay attention to the concepts of customer satisfaction and brand equity in the future.

The place is very nice, the staff works very well, the desserts are legendary, they use the best of every ingredient, the chocolate is very good, the chocolate is very good, brownie, you should definitely try the dream of the world and strawberry, the prices are way above the reasonable prices, as I understand, the place is high quality, so there are constant customers, especially in the evening, it is difficult to find a place, waiters I've read other comments that are very fast and smiling, it seems pretty bad, I guess they don't know the taste of your mouth. An unreal place. You feel very happy and peaceful the moment you enter. All of the chocolates are handmade. Be sure to try especially their hot chocolate, it's something extraordinary. I don't think the prices are too high for that quality. I was quite surprised, I expected it to be more expensive. Chocolates would be great as gifts, too. I would recommend it to everyone :)

It is a place that is as sweet as its chocolates, which arouses curiosity with its beautiful design, we tried most of its varieties and we were satisfied, I recommend it.

It was a place we preferred by seeing the photos on Instagram. It's just a place to take pictures... Unfortunately, the inside of the establishment was freezing cold, even the staff were walking around in coats. The chocolates of the desserts before us were frozen and we could not taste any Belgian chocolate. Our choice was brownie and Victoria fire. A hard cake called brownie, 3-5 bananas and strawberries and chocolate on it (a chocolate that freezes in 5 minutes..). If called fire, 2 lotus, 4 marshmallows, fruit and A "fire" is lit in 3 bowls of chocolate and an ashtray-style bicycle.
