Oysaki hazırlanırken müşterin önünde doğranması gerekiyordu. 4- tartarak 130gr kelle koyuyorlar. Miktar az geldi bana. Hele fiyat olarak kıyaslayınca full et dönerden daha pahalı.. 35tl dürüm 40tl servis. Ankara'da söğüş bulmak güzel ama fiyatını düşürürken kalitesini artırırsa belki beni izmire gitmiş kadar memnun edebilir. I would like to evaluate a few different areas. 1- Spices that are not in the original (such as thyme, isot, powdered red pepper) should not be added without asking. 2- I wasn't sure if the head was fresh. 3- Tomatoes and greens are waiting on the counter as chopped. However, while it was being prepared, it had to be chopped in front of the customer. 4- They weigh and put 130gr of head. The amount is too small for me. Especially when compared in terms of price, full meat is more expensive than doner.. 35tl wrap and 40tl service. It's nice to find cold cuts in Ankara, but if they reduce the price and increase the quality, maybe they can make me as happy as I went to Izmir.
