Şırdan soup comes with a delicious and creamy flavor. Note: For your information, the chili peppers on the table are seeded and have a high bitter rate.

This is the only soup shop in Balgat, which is 400 m below the Balgat EDOK Command road, 300 m away from the BARO Union building and Garanti Bank, where you can have the most delicious and economical headband. Bread was very fresh even though it was 3 in the night. On top of that, a fresh tea was very good. I would like to thank my brother, the service staff, who took care of me but whose name I forgot to ask, for his gentle and respectful attitude. It is a conservative and safe place where we can go as a family even at night. Everything was perfect. No need to go to attractions and pay half as much as the bill.

I had the tripe vein soup, it was good, the taste was good. The caring waiter was a slacker who talked a lot, interestingly everyone liked the guy in the other comments. He treats customers as if he's had 2 double whiskeys and is slightly relaxed. There was 5 cm of hair in the garlic sauce he brought to the table, I've attached a photo of it.
