1995 yılında Mehmet, Ahmet, Ramazan İhtiyar Kardeşlerin ilk olarak Bitez köy meydanında hizmete açtığı Bitez Dondurma ile Usta Ahmet, Mehmet ve Ramazan İhtiyar, taze meyvelerden katkı maddesi olmadan ürettiği dondurmaları Bitez halkına sunmuştur. Daha sonraları Türkiye'de yankı uyandıran Bitez Dondurması'nın lezzeti bugün halen Bitez köy meydanında üretim ve hizmetine devam etmekte. Genişlettiği Bitez Dondurması ailesine de aynı lezzetleri taşımaktadır.

Bodrum’un en sevilen tatlarından biri olarak başladığı yolculuğuna Türkiye’nin en sevilen dondurması olarak devam eden Bitez Dondurma yıl boyunca dondurma severlerin hizmetindedir.
