Yiyemediğim için telafi etmeye çalıştılar tekrar ısıtabileceklerini veya ücretini almak istemediklerini söylediler. Müşteri memnuniyetini bu kadar önemsedikleri için teşekkür ediyorum ve bu nedenle 5 yıldız veriyorum. I said a wet hamburger. Meat was raw. I split it up and looked, it looked pretty pink/red, I couldn't eat it. They tried to make up for it because I couldn't eat it, they said they could reheat it or they didn't want to charge it. I thank them for caring so much about customer satisfaction and that's why I'm giving 5 stars.

Hazırlık sırasında bir ürün kesilirken biraz ambalajı da karışmış olabilir, iyi ki insan kılı değil diyip devam ettik. Ama hoş bir durum değildi.
