Машина была хорошей (звезда за авто), королла, должна была хюндай. Но арендатор продлил и нам дали замену за 400 лир (больше на 50). Зря сказали что вернёмся в 22.00, так как с утра след дня построили планы. Неприятное хамское обращение ко мне, хоть и был русскоговорящий человек, из за опоздания в 20 минут. Считаю что между своими сотрудниками конфликты нужно решать внутри, а не выплескивать на клиентов грубостью и неадекватностью. Тем более мы совестливо отнеслись к вождению, залили бак больше чем взяли, аккуратно парковали. Больше не обращусь, и никому не буду советовать.

Best car rental and transfer service in kas. Punctual, friendly, honest and precise.

Deniz is a very nice fellow who offers a very reasonably priced and personal service from his office in central Kas. We have used Deniz Rent a Car seven times now and can highly recommend him for both car rental and inexpensive airport transfers.

The cars are new and prices are good. But be careful with advertised "full insurance". READ THE CONTACT CAREFULLY. There are some hidden costs in case of accident.

Rented from them based on a reference and the good reviews they received here. A Renault Clio, manual with petrol. First, we were charged 200 TL a day as opposed to the 150 advertised. The car came empty of gas. The trunk didn't lock, which forced us to carry our things anytime we stopped. The car wasn't able to go above 80 km/h (unless we were going downhill) and had difficulty going up steep hills. A maintenance warning light would come in and off periodically and the vibration from the car were so that after driving it, my hands became numb. When we finally went to drop off the keys at the end of the day (we were leaving early the next morning), the office had closed early. We did manage to contact someone to pick-up the keys. When we called the owner to raise the concerns we just listed, he said "I'm not in Kas now, okay, bye" and hung up on us. I know this goes against what everyone said here, but i would not recommend this place. A Turkish friend said to only rent from companies at airport, there might be some wisdom to that.

I don’t regret the choice of the provider, moreover I truly appreciate the positive attitude, quality of service, quality of the car and overall end to end experience. Just fyi: you may always arrange either Dalaman or Antalia airport shuttle and pickup.
