It's easier to find a spot even if you are late in the morning.
Service is not that good, menu is limited. Prices are slightly cheaper but food is also slightly worst.
These opinions are compared to Derya so overall it's a good place.
Notes:
Wifi usually is not working.
If you have only one day go to Derya if you have more days try both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best beach clubs in the center of Kas, managed by good mannered staff, no hassle, no extra charges, everything is straight forward. Don’t waste your time with others if you want to spend time in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent many sunny days at this lovely beach club. The service is wonderful, always very friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to take care of their guests. It is also my favorite place to swim in Kaş. I can easily spend the day here jumping into the water and back up to relaxing in my chair, playing backgammon in between. I recommend Çınarlar Plajı for anyone visiting Kaş that wants to enjoy lunch, drinks or a good time relaxing by the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me the best beach of Küçükçakıl after spending many visits with Derya beach. The menu, service and prices are reasonable, although they try to get 40 tl more at the checkout you might be smart everyplace in Turkey. Pizza’s are good, white wine Likya patara is 60 tl

Came here 3 or 4 times during our vacation in Kas.
They have a deposit system - you pay the minimum of 125 TL and order drinks and food from this deposit. Lovely view, comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas and delicious food and big portions. What else would one need?)
The beach is great, you can swim and jump, dive into the sea directly from the spot. The water is a bit chilly, but it’s the same temperature everywhere in Kas (apart from the peninsula, it’s warmer there).
All in all, highly recommended!
