Patara Prince Hotel & Resort

Location & service are super but rooms need to be refurbished, aircondition is old & not that cold, food is delicious & for those who want some quite area there's a seiming pool & beach adults only.

Beautiful landscaping and architecture with direct access into clear blue waters plus 3 pools makes this a paradise

This place is like paradise. So beautiful. The beauty alone makes up for anything else that they may lack. You will see no need to leave the hotel property! Except to enjoy tje delicious cuisine in Kalkhan....jaw dropping views everywhere you turn on the hotel property.

Multistoried terraced hotel complex and resort in the heart of Kalkan. Fantastic views out into the bay the surrounding greenery. The rooms are well kept, prices are alright and the services were great. Pool area is alright to hang out during the day. Spa could have been a little better though. Overall a good experience.

The resort is beautiful, feels like paradise really. It is situated on a hill, so unless you use a shuttle bus provided by the hotel, you go up and down stairs. The sea is great, clear and warm. There is no sandy beach, but sort of platform from where you can descend to the water, I liked it. The center of Kalkan is about 1,5km away, but in fact all you need is in the resort (shop, restaurants, beach).

The Hotel was positioned perfectly, however there are a few niggles of note. No coffee , no milk, one saucer instead of two. No flannel in the bathroom, how else can you wash? No soap. The staff were split, Adem was brilliant but others not so. Value for money was not really on. Expected more.

Patara Prince is a development project which was here some 10 years ago when I visited Kalkan. in fact I looked at a house to buy but then I used that money to start my company in the USA. The development is on the eastern shores of the Kalkan bay, a mish mesh of private villas, duplexes, and apartments and has its own beach. It looked a lot better 10 years ago. In fact, the last time I visited a few weeks ago, it looked worn out, forlorn, empty, and sad. The tennis court was falling apart and trash was all over the place. Despite of all of this, still the houses go for some big bucks during the summer. The houses are not built for the winter stay and when the temperatures drop to single digits, the houses can be uncomfortably cold. Patara is no longer the prince, it is the Old Man of Patara. Skip it.

We came from the Usa just for this place. Even though it's the end of the season, it's a perfect place. peaceful, quite. Staff are very good and helpful, so clean all around. there are also happy and cute cats everywhere :) Definitely a place to come and see. the sea is perfect. we want to come back at the end of summer. Lovely place ?
