Awesome hotel with a delicious breakfast! Super comfortable beds and huge shower! Great view of the ocean

3 1/2 stars from me. Location is good and some rooms have great views. Staff very friendly and the hotel is frequented by both Turkish and foreign tourists. Not too any foreign tourists and not the beach party types. So generally quiet. 300 mtr walk down to town. So location is pretty good. Doesnt have it's own pool but you can walk down to a nearby sea pool with lounge chairs and cafe. The breakfast provided at the hotel is basic and turkish in style. The even meals are ok but nothing special. The beds are hard and rooms small. No self cater facilities.Parking an issue in holiday period. For the Price very fair. So I would recommend.

Very nice hotel with excellent view from the 3rd floor...its beach is rocky but just fine... Great breakfast...

I would have left a good review... comfortable clean room, great wifi and showers. But the stay was soured by the owner aggressively yelling at us to wear masks when walking to breakfast. I understand you have rules (that were never communicated during check in) but yelling aggressively at guests is not the way to communicate them. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable for the rest of my stay, totally unnecessary to take out your frustration on your guests.

Nice place close to the Kas center and public beach. Very good breakfast and amazing view.

Very dishonest, lying, and untrusted business. They don't give the deposit back. I had to cancel because of the wild fires, me and my girlfriend didn't feel comfortable...First they said it will take a week to get our deposit back, then they said the had to get it approved by the accounting department. (it's a very small apartment hotel, there is no accounting department, just the owner Fatih Kocaer). Then at one point they asked my banking information. I thought they were going to give my deposit back....but a few days later the owner said we won't give your money back. Then why all the hassle for weeks?!?!?! Just to gain some time and drag the process. I would suggest you to stay away from this hotel

This hotel have very nice view of ocean. There's a problem of usage of old supplies and furniture. We had a crash of chair in the breakfast area. Other than that everything looks normal.
