Alışveriş merkezi ve günlük hayatımızda ihtiyaç duyulan ürün ve merkezlerin bulunduğu bir semt. Biraz rampa ve dik yokuşlar mevcut ancak her güzelin bir kusuru vardır. Aracınız var ise o bile sorun olmaktan çıkıyor. Bir kere çoğu 30 yıllık olan bu binaların mutlaka TESİSATLA ilgili bir problemleri oluyor.. nolmuş demeyin.. sıkıntıyı yaşayan biliyor?? onun dışında her sokakta bir büfe var ama MARKET YOK..? yani ürün çeşitleri sınırlı.. KIRTASİYE malzemesi yok.. kent kart dolumu yapılmıyor ya da o anda yapılamayabiliyor☹️? Otogara GİDERKEN yürüme 15 dakika.. ÇIKARKEN 3 YIL kadar?? baya dik yokuş ve merdivenler çıkmanız gerekiyor da? Mahallede BAŞI BOŞ KÖPEKLER oluyor.. hayvan sever olmadığımız için değil.. toplu gezdikleri..küpeleri olmadığı ve birkaç ısırma vakası olduğu için çocuklar hava karardıktan sonra pek bakkala bile gitmiyor? AMA MANZARASI GÜZEL.. ÇOK SESSİZ HUZURLU.. İNSANLARI YARDIMSEVER.. HASTANE ÇOK YAKIN?..eczane için aynısını söyleyemem.. bu sebeple birçok hat ve durak var.. okul bir çok yere yürüme mesafesi .. ilkokul ve ortaokul var.. lise yok? Fazlaca OTOPARK ALANI.. ÇOCUK PARKI VE SPOR SAHALARI var.. İzmit'te bunları bulmak gerçekten zor..? Birde benim bulunduğum yerde NAR ..ERİK .. DUT.. YENİ DÜNYA ağaçları.. ASMA DALLARI.. GÜLLER var.. evinde hayvan besleyen insanlar var ve mesaiyi bitirip eve giderken o yolu geçmek o kadar güzelkii?.. üstelik hiç senin benim yok? bu kış narları biz bitirmiş olabiliriz????
