One of the biggest sites in Kocaeli. With Iztop park houses. This is at the end of the site, 830 and 831 islands. 26 Alikahya bus passes through the site. Transportation can be done with this line, which is only every 20 minutes. The buildings and flats are very neat. The green area of the military zone next to it adds a different atmosphere. It is next to this area on the 1.5 km walking path.
