Geçen yıl da başıma geldi bu kez önlem aldım ama.Turkcell Superonline aboneliğimi iptal edecektim, abi iptal etmeyin şöyle yapalım eşiniz yeni abone olsun siz de cayma bedeli son ay ödeyin,ilk 3 ay ücretsiz 74.90 dan yapalim size dediler TLF.da. tamam dedim, 170 TL de cayma bedeli ödedim.daha iki hafta geçmeden şak fatura 48tl geldi yeni aboneliğe, ama elimdeki ses kaydıyla gidecem hukuki süreç için.
