★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish more Americans would travel to Adana Turkey And discover all of the local cuisine. This is an excellent example of fresh tasty local fare. Kapbap (yes spelling is correct in Turkey) is a must, especially the lamb. Bring translator little English spoke.
