Musteri hizmetlerini arayıp sikayet olusturdugumda müdürünün gerekli işlemleri yapip bizzat kendisinin urunu takip etti ve bu davranisiyla gönlümüzü kazanan magazadir. Sonuç olarak sikayet olusturulduktan sonra beni arayan bilgisiz kişiye bulunduğum onerinin aynisini magaza müdürü yerine getirmiştir bundan dolayi magaza mudurune tesekkur ederim.
It is the place where uninformed personnel call to say that there is no product in the campaign they made even though I paid the money for my order 2 days ago from the virtual market. A shop with an ignorant employee who ignores this suggestion and says, unfortunately, we can't, even though I directed the ignorant person on the other side and told him that he could procure the product from other migraineurs. When I called the customer services and made a complaint, the manager took the necessary actions and followed the product himself, and this is the store that won our hearts. As a result, I would like to thank the store manager for the same suggestion I made to the uninformed person who called me after the complaint was filed.
