Yine düşüncelerimde aynı doğrultuda olmama rağmen 11.05.2021 bugün itibariyle saat 15.30 da akşam iftar için vermiş olduğum siparişin iftardan 45 dakika sonrasında gelmesi gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Haydi 10 dakika veya 20 dakika geçikebilmesi normal karşılanabilir diyeceğim.Ancak 45 dakika gecikmesi bir iftar siparişi için kesinlikle kabul edilir gibi değil.Gelen siparişi de zaten kabul etmeyip geri gönderdim.
Umarım organizasyondaki bu gibi olumsuzluklar göz önünde tutularak müşteri memnuniyetine daha özen gösterilir.

Although I am in the same direction in my thoughts, I was really disappointed that the order I placed for the evening iftar at 15.30 as of today 11.05.2021 came 45 minutes after iftar. Let's say that 10 minutes or 20 minutes delay is normal. However, 45 minutes delay is definitely not acceptable for an iftar order. I did not accept the incoming order and sent it back.
I hope more attention will be paid to customer satisfaction by considering such negativities in the organization.
The brand is, of course, our brand. We will include indulgence in hand. However, the brand and its employees will not leave those who trust themselves with service.

I have not eaten a better Iskender, the meat is delicious, even when I order it, it arrives warm and not dried, thank you for your hard work. good job good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maalesef ki hayatımda yedigim en kotu pilav ustu et donerdi, pismemis olduguna eminim.. garsonlarin yogun cabasi ve guler yuzu disinda, bence güzel bisey yok.. salata ve garniturler bile yemek geldikten cok cok sonra geldi.. bence ortalama bir donerci, ikinci kere gidilmez.
unfortunately, the worst meat doner on top of rice I've ever eaten in my life, I'm sure it's not cooked.. apart from the intense effort and smiling face of the waiters, I don't think there is anything good.. even the salads and side dishes came long after the food came.. I think it's an average doner shop, you can't go a second time. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilav üstü döner yedik. Pilavın pirinçleri çok sert ve tombul bir pirinç türüydü. Pilavı beğenmedim. Döneri ise yaprak döner ve lezizdi, ancak çok az konulmuştu tabağa. Pilav üstü dönerin eti İskender gibi kesilmez normalde, işletme geniş bir tabağa pilavı yaymış, üzerine incecik kesilmiş et koymuştu. Pilav üstü döner 45 TL idi. Mekan temiz ve ferahtı.
We ate doner on pilaf. The rice of the pilaf was a very hard and plump type of rice. I didn't like the pilaf. On the other hand, doner kebab was leafy and delicious, but very little was put on the plate. Normally, the meat of doner kebab on pilaf is not cut like Iskender; Doner with rice was 45 TL. The place is clean and spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu civarda oturduğum ve kasap ihtiyaçlarımı yağlar et den temin ettiğim için tercih ettim ve çok memnun kaldım. İskender yedim sosu ve eti ile oldukça lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgililer fiyatları paylaştım.
I chose it because I live in this neighborhood and I get my butcher needs from fat and meat, and I am very satisfied. I ate Iskender, it was quite delicious with its sauce and meat. The employees are very polite and I shared the prices.
