One of the oldest sites in Mahmutlar. There is an Olympic pool and a children's pool. Pool maintenance is good. I think the in-house and elevator maintenance is insufficient.

Peaceful apartment complex, some blocks are rented for full-year residence, some blocks are sold as holiday apartments, and only a few of them are inhabited all year long. Nice green setting, and swimming pool in season, from May to September / October
