We stayed at Cook's Club for 4 nights together with a large group. Delicious food & drink, great staff, perfect location. Highly recommended . Especially perfect for groups or solo travelers, as no kids allowed :)

Amazing view and special review for the massage in the hotel. It has been amazing!

Everything is so amazing in this place except one major thing. Worst internet on the planet. Seriously it's 2021 and you can't give your customers a decent wifi. I like to play some games on phone that are multi-player games and experience is ruined. 400 ms ping, jumping quality of wifi all the time. As I a gamer I don't care much about food, drinks, customer service when I can't have a decent game to play. Yes, my vacation is build on staying by the pool, having a nice cold beer and enjoying the games, which I couldn't just play. Even to write this review here took a pretty long while for photos to be uploaded. Food, accommodation, service, drinks, location are 10 out of 10. Massage package was perfect. It was pricey but great Would I come to this place if they fixed the awful internet they provide? Definitely, as just location in the city with the pool is not that oftenly found in Alanya.

The only good thing that can be said about the hotel is that it has a nice pool. Upon arrival we were sent to a suite-balcony, a panoramic room not even in the main hotel building. We had two very large and heavy suitcases, which we had to carry up multiple flights of stairs to the elevator by themselves, without any assistance, which was strange and painfully strenuous. The suite itself was dark, uncomfortable, smelled musty and stale with broken kitchen cabinet doors and a broken window which would not close. On top of that the bathroom mirror was covered with insulating tape. Obviously, we refused to stay in a room of such unacceptable state. It took an unnecessarily long and complicated argument to prove that the room was uninhabitable. They moved us to a different room, but everything was the same, except that they decided to grace us with a partial view to the sea. In terms of food, the situation is just as bad. Breakfast was supposed to be included with our room. Unclean tables, general lack of order and cohesion among staff, who are below unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. The choice of food is pathetic, coffee is not even included apparently, not even the machine made one. You have to pay extra for most meals, such as a simple English breakfast. Furthermore, bizarrely, there is no wifi in the gym areas. As for the rest of the hotel, the signal is weak, in line with the rest of the overall hotel operation it seems. We tried to contact general manager KEMAL GÖKTEPE to resolve the issues we were experiencing. This was not possible, due to KEMAL GÖKTEPE refusing to come to the reception in person, sticking to phone calls only, kept repeatedly asking inane questions about our location and, by the end of the call just stated that ‘the hotel is his and we did not like it, we could get out’. Word for word, without exaggeration. We followed this ‘polite’ advice and left without staying a night more. The behaviour and communication culture exhibited by … would be judged as abominable, insulting and utterly inappropriate by any self respecting hotelier. People like KEMAL GÖKTEPE serve to only damage the hotel’s reputation. Long story short, if you want to ruin your vacation, spoil every precious moment with your loved ones and get stressed out into an early grave, choose this hotel.

A beautiful quite place with cosy vibes and great service. 100% would recommend. Ask for Jack if you stay there, he’s an absolute Aussie legend, always goes above and beyond for everything.

During my stay in the first half of July everything was good. The room was spacious, with a sitting room and a big balcony, a little bit dark in the bathroom and corridor because of the black painted walls and lack of lightning - not really convenient to make self care procedures. Two air cons are very comfortable against too much cold when sleeping, so I used only one located in the corridor. A water sink and a fridge were more that enough for self-catering. My stay included only breakfast, quite repetitive but good thanks to a big variety of fruits, granola and fresh juice. The rest for the day could be ordered at the hotel or, as I did, explored places for dining out around in the city. The beach is clean, staff is very friendly, helpful and in sight right when it’s needed. No push for additional services - thanks a lot for that, it makes the leisure really relaxing. Sun beds and umbrellas were included, not that many people stayed at that time, so the beach was 1 minute walk from the hotel and not crowded at all - that’s simply heaven! Special thanks for great music.
