 There are two differences from 5 star hotels, there is a room cleaning service and there is no open buffet, if you don't mind them, it's great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only and MAJOR problem of these residences is their lack of a communal internet. I think that when communal luxurious Turkish baths, pools, Jacuzzis, training facilities are provided for its residents, Emerald should also include unlimited internet too instead of satellite TV.
Other than that, the staff is friendly and professional. So they deserve at least 5/5 for their performances.
