Yaklaşık 4 saatlik gecikmenin ardından merkezi aradık, servis "beni niye şikayet ediyorsunuz" diye ağzı bozuk bir şekilde konuştu, merkezdeki operatör kadın "bizden hizmet almak zorunda değilsiniz" dedi. 4 saat arayıp ulaşamadığımız servis merkezi arayınca bir anda ulaştı bize. 2 gündür hiçbir çözüm üretemediler. "Parçanızı gelip merkezden alın" diye konum atıyorlar. Çok saygısızlar. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle önermiyorum.
Outstanding service. Disrespectful employees. After a delay of about 4 hours, we called the center, the service said "why are you complaining about me" and the operator woman in the center said "you don't have to get service from us". When we called the service center that we could not reach for 4 hours, it reached us instantly. They couldn't come up with any solution for 2 days. They take a position saying "Come and get your part from the center". They are so disrespectful. I definitely don't recommend it.

Vestel, which we know as the biggest reliable factory in Turkey, is guaranteed to replace the deformed gasket on the refrigerator door rubber gasket, it damages the factory, there is no such problem with other brands, Vestel, the white goods of my two houses, I will not recommend it to anyone from now on.
