While a vehicle with a campaign was introduced to us, the same vehicle was sold to a different customer while analyzing the family's ideas and making a decision. It caused our loss of both time and cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımı 2016 yılında buradan aldım.O günden bugüne tüm bakımlarını burada yaptırdım.Cam tavan çerçevesi çatladı parasıyla değiştirdim 1.5 sene sonra tekrar çatladı garanti kapsaminda olmasına rağmen çatlağı çizik diye teşhis ederek garanti kapsamına almadılar.
29 mart 2022 tarihinde Aracımın sorununu ücretsiz bir şekilde düzelttiler...Onarım Sürecinde ikame araç da verilerek mağduriyetim giderildi.Teşekkürler.
I bought my car from here in 2016. Since then, I have had all its maintenance done here. The glass ceiling frame cracked, I replaced it with money. It cracked again 1.5 years later, although it was under warranty, they diagnosed the crack as scratch and did not cover it under warranty.
They fixed the problem of my vehicle free of charge on March 29, 2022... My grievance was resolved by giving a replacement vehicle during the repair process. Thank you.

Bu uyarının fotoğrafını çekmeme rağmen işi yokuşa sürmek için videosunu istediler. Uzaktan geldiğimi belirtmeme rağmen lakayt tavırlar sergilediler. Kısacası mümkün olduğunca uzak durulması gereken bir servis.
I brought my Skoda kamiq for maintenance. In my vehicle, there was a warning that component protection was active. My multimedia screen was constantly freezing. Even though I took a photo of this warning, they wanted a video of it to drive things uphill. Even though I stated that I came from afar, they showed a careless attitude. In short, a service that should be avoided as much as possible.
