★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nezih bir site. Güvenlik süper. Site bahçesinde çocuk oyun parkı ve istirahat edilebilecek geniş bir mekanı var. Ulaşımı çok rahat. Düzcede D-100 karayoluna kısa bir mesafede ulaşılabiliyor.
A decent site. Security is super. There is a children's playground and a large resting place in the garden of the site. Transportation is very comfortable. D-100 highway can be reached in a short distance in Düzce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evlerin (3+1) plani kullanisli, binalar cok ic ice, oyun parki ve peyzaj orta bahcede oldugu icin yazin cok fazla gurultu oluyor, misafir otoparki yetersiz.
The plans of the houses (3+1) are useful, the buildings are very intertwined, the playground and the landscape are in the middle garden, so there is a lot of noise in the summer, the guest parking is insufficient.
