★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makineler oldukça çeşitli ve kaliteli, çalışanlar çok iyi insanlar. İş çıkış saatlerinde (6-9) çok kalabalık oluyor. Kardiyo aletlerinde arızalı olan koşu bantları olduğu için yoğun saatlerde kardiyo yapacak yer bulamayabilirsiniz
The machines are quite diverse and of high quality, the employees are very nice people. It gets very crowded during rush hour (6-9). You may not be able to find a place to do cardio during peak hours, as there are treadmills that are defective in cardio equipment.

arguably the best gym in Izmir. If your goal is to do sports and develop, this is definitely the right address. Everything from equipment quality to personnel quality to customer quality is at the highest level. As someone who trains in many gyms in Izmir, metroflex balçova is always number one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are intense about powerlifting this is the only place in Izmir to visit. We went to other gyms that are great for average exercise enthusiasts but this is the “House of Champs” for Izmir. My son is a state champ powerlifter back in Florida and he only wants to come here. Something must be in the water here in Turkey because he managed to unofficially break his deadlight record and get 335lbs/152kgs thanks to our good friend Bora’s watchful eye. The great thing I noticed is the people who were encouraged and welcomed the most were those who were just starting out. Thank you MetroFlex team for your hospitality and facilities.
