The next day, I called again, they said we can't see the screen because there is a problem with the system, they said they will call, but I was still not called. On the Monday before the holiday, I went to the store and talked. They apologized but stated that they did not receive a response. However, since the next week is a holiday, they said that the delivery will be the next week. When I called the week after the holiday, it had been exactly 2 months on 27 July and you said that you would come this week and I expressed my discomfort again by stating the elapsed time. In fact, when the subject extended, I was told 30-35 days. I came across a defense that 60 days have not expired because it is called a working day. However, the term "working day" was not used against me at any stage, I was told 30-35 days. Then they stated that August 4th is the last 60 working days. Today is August 4th and I'm still not getting a response. On the contrary, I noticed something else today, 45 days are written in the contract and the word workday is not written either. My order was supposed to be delivered within 45 days (approximately 12-14 July) according to their written statement. I can't reach them right now. I will also email Bellona about the issue. I strongly suggest you stay away from this store. In fact, this store and Bellona in Çiğli were coordinated by the same people. I don't think it will be any different there.

We received our items months ago and when we informed them for manufacturing a few weeks before we moved, they told us that the items were ready and that we should inform our address 3 days before delivery. We did what you said. Let alone giving a day for delivery, they kept busy and finally said that even the production was not done. Now we have moved and we are left unfurnished.
