It is a decent environment as if you are at home where you can spend your time comfortably, peacefully and happily with your family. It is obvious that they manage their management and business understanding tremendously. Their staff are friendly, hardworking and not interested. I would recommend everyone to experience the Nuance in this hotel !!!

We stayed in this place for two nights, so I can say that I have stayed in non-all inclusive hotels before, but at least there was water in the mini bar in the room, Nescafe cattle etc. There was not even water as a treat, I think this was a minus point. Secondly, the pool is smaller than we expected, so it looks bigger on the internet, so when you want to enter, crowded families with children unfortunately fill the pool, not suitable for people who come as a couple like us. 3. The sound of children and children is seriously too much. Some unconscious guests are walking around as if they are in the meadow and not in the hotel. The plus side of the hotel is the location of the hotel, the service is average I can say that it definitely needs improvement

The pool sinks are very dirty, the rooms and the equipment in them came dirty, we bought everything ourselves and paid for 2 more nights, there is no place to put your clothes in the bathroom, we had to buy a chair or something from inside. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor could we enter the restaurant, it was like a rental apartment, not a hotel. A group of drunken men and women wrecked the hotel at night, luckily they did something to him. I want to say first what I will say at the end. I would definitely recommend the hotel where we stayed for the first time. Rooms are clean. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, television. The bathroom is clean. Hair dryer is considered. The staff is caring and smiling. They don't turn down your slightest request. It has a pool but we didn't use it. We came across a wedding one night, but it can't be said that it bothered us. We came to the room late from outside and there was no sound inside. The wedding was over when it was already 23 o'clock. There is an understanding that prioritizes satisfaction. Very close to the beach. There is also an amusement park right next to the hotel. It was a fun vacation for our son. We went with my family, hair comes to your hands at the pool all the time, sunbeds are broken, the business was good at the beginning, they carried our belongings etc. The rooms are full of disappointment, no glass pattern, no balcony pattern, not a balcony, the kitchen does not exist. First we noticed that there was a gas leak from the stove, then they said that there was a problem with the gas in all the rooms and gave us a small tube. You take a shower, the water is running hot and cold. When it comes to price, everyone says different prices. They say 350 at first, they say it's more expensive on weekends, you'll have to pay the full amount, no, they say 400. We paid 150 TL more because we left the hotel early. Due to the pandemic, there is no breakfast or dinner, all paid. The sheets are very old. Coming from the sea there is no washing machine to wash your wet clothes. The people at the reception are very sullen. I do not recommend.
