★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kıyma yağ oranı düşük zayıf tat, kuşbaşı yumuşak fakat her şişe tek kuyruk yağı çok az, etin tadını getiren odur zaten, et zaten dana olsa gerek. Ayran ve salatalar daha iyi olabilir. Porsiyonlar 40 lira gramaja ve ikrama göre biraz pahalı.
