Overbooking is practiced at the hotel. For replacement offer the worst quality hotels and assure that they are fours and they are better. We did not agree and spent the night at the reception on the sun beds. Then we were settled in the afternoon in the same room with two strangers, and when they were resettled they were told we did not know. This is not a vacation, but some kind of hell. All day long we only did that we knocked out a number. Although people traveled and the rooms were 100%. It just seems that the installation was given not to give rooms in this hotel for which we paid, but to fill in the hotel that a sensible person would not exactly buy, but they offer it as an alternative. This is just a scam even. So do not waste your nerves and do not communicate with this hotel and its insolent guidance.

We rest for 17 days in May 2021, Now the hotel has a different owner and this is an apartment. There is a kitchen on the 3rd and 4th floor. Redecoration has been done. New sofa, appliances, dishes. Purely. The most important thing is the center of Alanya! Near the hotel in 2 minutes, there are large supermarkets, where you can buy everything you need. Of the minuses, poor lighting. Recommend!

Location of the hotel very good, everything very close and easy to reach. Great team! Helpful, friendly and courteous! The food is always different and delicious! Very dear cook. You felt comfortable and in very good hands. Room nice and clean. To be recommended again and again!
