Been to this hotel 3 times now, just come back from 2 weeks of being there, cannot fault this hotel. Clean and tidy, polite receptionist and bar staff in the hotel. All staff go out of their way to help you as much as they can, some can speak English some can’t but the ones who can’t still try and communicate with you. They also make you feel welcome. Shops are close by and the beach is literally across the road so that is a bonus. Soon as go upstairs to 6th floor to the Restaurant the staff ask you straight away what drink would you like and always service with a smile! Food was tasty. I Would highly recommend this hotel to friends/family/to the public. When we was due to come home we wanted to extend our holiday but there was no room availability so we have booked again to come back next year for another 2 weeks??. Not to forget they even went out of there way to give us a bottle of wine and fruit in the room for our anniversary present which I thought was very kind. Thank you Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel.

?Couple of meters to the beach. ?Cleaning every day. ?Poor WiFi (disconnects all the time). ?Refrigerator in the room. ?Tasty food in the kitchen. ?Friendly staff. ??Nice pool but between buildings so in the morning and evenings there is no sun. ? In pool bar the drinks are served in paper (plastic on the inside) cups which kills the vibe and not eco-friendly. ?Powerful air conditioner in the room and reception. ?Masterful, skillful sauna-man. ?Tap water is not drinkable. ?You can see sea and montains from the window (if you are in the right room). ?Room key-card not working perfectly, needs to be in right position. ?Fitness center only works from 8AM until 7PM. ?Good spaceous room. ?Very comfortable bed. ?They do their best to adjust to corona times.

I was there a few years ago. Best hotel. They had everything. The the service, food, drinks was more than great. The staff helped with anything we needed and recommended a lot of places. It's really close to the beach as well.

this is the worst hotel i have ever been to. We arrived in the evening hungry and tired they gave us neither food nor water. we entered the room, on the terrace everything stinks of the city, the fridge is empty. we got up and went to breakfast tomorrow day, the food was AWFUL! the hallways are falling apart, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the next room, that little bar is very miserable you have a couple of juice machines, I've never drunk worse juice in my life, also to mention there is no meat from the food, there is only rice and some macaroni. STAY AWAY!

Hotel is in the city center. All was really ok. Room - clean. Food - nice and fresh. But the best stuff was in the bar. Yüksel and Talas were really helpful. They are proffesionalists. I recommend this hotel. And I want to go there next year.

Hotel has really good location. It is close to the beach and city center. Rooms are small but really nice and clean. Meals are huge and you have many option. They are really tasty. Everyone will find something. All inclusive option is worth price. Wine or beer are really cool and always cold. I'm not a fun of the rest of alcohol so I cannot comment drinks. Yuksel who is working in bar is always helpful and kind for everyone. He has always smile on face and it is a pleasure to talk with him. One waiter is really cute :)

Hotel was fairly clean and service reasonable. Only 1 lady cleaner, she never used to replace towels every day or replenish shampoo. If I'm paying quite high prices, this is what I expect. Breakfast OK, but dinner not nice. Would stay again but on room-only basis. Mesut is an excellent man, and the slightly older guy in reception: very polite.

Stayed 25-28 of March with my husband and mom. They gave us rooms with door in the middle. On the map it looked like it was on the beach with sea view but couldn’t see it. Everything was nice. For the price we paid. About $350 for 2 rooms for 3 days with all inclusive. Stuff very friendly, a lot of food options. Pool had water but cold yet. No Russians maybe because season hasn’t started. Mostly Germans and Turks. Cleaning rooms every day. Had welcome basket with fruits and wine. We don’t drink so left the wine. Not all the hotels offer that. Only thing that I didn’t like there wasn’t ramp for baby stroller. Had to go out through staff door and carry down the stairs on the way back.
