Nice but nothing special about this hotel

FORCED EVERY GUESS TO PAY EXTRA FOR AIR-CONDITIONING, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE THEY ARE DISHONEST BUSINESS, WILL MAKE YOU UPSET AND YOU WILL START YOUR HOLIDAY UPSET. DON'T GET SCAMMED!!!! We paid for bed and breakfast inclusive of refrigerator and air-conditioning ( it is not possible to you stay in Alanya in any hotel without one as Alanya never be under 30c !) When we arrived, the hotel request 40 euro extra for aircon, trying to scam you, they will blame british booking site but they continue doing business with them. We saw that they did same trick to to other guests.

The worst hotel to stay at AVOID. If you hate to be scammed or tricked than stay away. They have aircons in room but want you to pay £70 extra to turn it on i mean come on its turkey 33 Degreees what hotel doesnt provide free air con or fridge honestly was a joke they do try to blame the provider you book with but yet still in parthner with them no information before booking that there wont be those facility available there was no where to mention that it was additional fee very misleading information provided from both companies Travel republic and Gallion hotel. There is NO WIFI seriously nothing works in the rooms only outside in kitchen area i mean no one going stay down there to connect. It has been a very misleading experience everyone at hotel will do anything to extra charge you or ask for additional chargers the WORST hotel in alanya even a 1* hotel would of been better. I booked 2 rooms and I regret it NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Very clean hotel and good service??

The room is ok, the balcony and the shower are nice. Treatment of staff is good as well. The hotel is located very close to the center of Alanya.

Very bad hotel You can't find any kind of services The rooms are old, the furniture is old, the toilet is okay No towels. No shampoo. No gel shower. No mini bar. No house keeping. No water. The lift station between 2 floors so u must use stairs ?
