Hotel Kaptan

Great over all good location stunning views and average breakfast. The pool is always quiet. It would benefit from having a bar and some good music. Staff are very helpful and attentive only downside the rooms weren't cleaned to a high standard. Horrible smears on the mirrors and shower glass and the new sheets had stains on them on more than one occasion

This hotel was located in an excellent location of Alanya. Our room had gorgeous views of the marina and ocean and the bed was very comfortable. It was located very close (short walking distance) to the nightlife, delicious restaurants, amazing shopping (De Facto, LC Waikiki, and Emooptik to name just a few) and cultural sites. Breakfast was delicious and also had wonderful views to look at while eating. Also, the pool area was clean and a nice place to relax and swim.

The seaview is unbelievable! Seems like you can touch all the pirate ships in the harbor from your window. Highly recommended if you are hungry for the best seaview and sunrises!

Clean and bright hotel. Nice swimming pool. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great central location near the harbour, castle, caves, beaches, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This place is horrible. we booked a reservation for 3 people directly with the hotel staff. when we got there they said we don't have accomidatio for 3 people . after much badgering they agreed to put another makeshift fold up bed for the 3rd person. it was very uncomfortable. the Ac didn't work. the telephone didn't work. the stand up shower was clogged. the corridor was very noisy. we advised the staff about this. they where very indifferent and careless about the concerns I presented to them. the cafeteria staff is very rude and careless. The nightly rate is ridiculously priced compared to other hotels in the area. We don't recommend this hotel for anyone who want to enjoy their stay.

Friendly service and clean. Only complaint is its a breakfast only hotel so after that your on your own and bit noisy in evenings but an around good experience. Excellent location and great view of Alanya Harbour ?

Great location! Amazing with easy access to the restaurants and shops. Hasan was kind enough to allow us to check in a few hours early. Most frustrating part of the stay was the keys not working. I constantly had to keep going downstairs to let them know I can’t get in. Several times they had to let me in by master key. Hotel was fairly clean other than markings on the wall.

This is our second time stay here and we have loved it just as much as the first time. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. We stayed in room 203 and the husband and wife who cleaned our room were so lovely cleaning our room every day and even leaving little surprises (the flowers on the bed were so beautiful ❤️). The girls and other staff at reception were also so kind and always happy to help with any questions that we had. Lastly there was the waiters and kitchen staff who were also amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel and we would like to mention a particular waiter Seyit Ali who every morning was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us when serving us. Thank you to all the amazing staff and we can’t wait to stay here again soon. Kind regards Tarik and Samantha
