Cars on the way are in a lot of conditions
The passenger transport is full of shit smell. There is no air-conditioning and the heating keeps blowing.
People have to be roasted into jerky
It's useless to respond to the staff
Extremely painful

Mene cavab o geldi ki, TR nomresi verin sikayeti qeyde alaq. ??? TR nomrem olsa ele wifi qosularam da. 1 saatdi niye komek isteyirem. Suha ve ya Metro meslehet gorurem.
If you are not a citizen of Turkey, definitely do not buy tickets from this tourism. You need to connect to Wifi with a Turkish number. I wrote to customer services. The answer came to me to give the TR number and register the complaint. ??? Even if I have a TR number, I can connect to wifi. 1 hour why do I want help. I would recommend Suha or Metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable bus service. The staff at this bus station is also very helpful. We booked a night bus to Denizli. Bus was on time and there was service on the bus. They provide water and a piece of cake. Bus seats were also very spacious and comfortable. Staff does not speak English but we used a translator on the phone to ask them stuff. Bus stops multiple times for recess.

We were going from Kayseri to Goreme and the bus wasn't broken. Half of the way we were moving pretty slowly and then, they just left us In AVANOS (7 Km AWAY FROM GOREME!)
Phone support didn't help at all, we didn't get money back and we had to order taxi.
