Hiro Tour Travel Agency - Kayseri Cad. No:1

Arranged a balloon tour with this company. We spoke to an older man with white hair. He was very friendly and told us Hiro tours use baskets with 16, 18, and 20 passengers only. We arrived and had a basket with 33 passengers. We were very cramped and it was uncomfortable. He charged us €90 pp. After our ballooning experience I went back to complain. He called the balloon company that we went with - discovery balloons - and they said there was only 28 passengers. This is untrue. We were told by Hiro tours that the law is the balloon can only hold 30 passengers maximum. I told him I want a discount and said I would go to the police because it was an unfair sale - we didn't get what we expected. He said if we go to the police he would tell the police the tour costs €380 - blackmailing us so we didn't involve the police. We ended up paying €170 for two people. I don't recommend this business.

Worst tour I’ve ever been on. Way overcrowded —almost 50 people in one tour group split between two buses but with only one tour guide. Late pickup, drivers rude, unsafe and uninformative. Find another tour company.

my hotel booked for me with them the green tour, it was okay, and the guide "Osman" (short white guy) was okay till i was 10-15mins late in Ihlara Valley, he asked me in a rude way: where have you been, i said taking some pictures(while smiling) he said in a rude way: we have been waiting for you for 15 mins, this is not a private tour, what would you do if i left you here! i honestly didn't understand was he like threatening me if i'm late again he will leave me or he doesn't understand what he is saying or what! and what does he means by its not a private tour!...i still paid for this tour and as long as he didn't gave us a time we need to be at the exist, he doesn't have the right to say anything to me and at any case he doesn't have the write to speak to my in a rude way and we still had two hours till we go back i didn't respond, and i told everything that he said to the manager at my hotel he apologised on their behalf and called them and they apologised by giving me 20 liras discount from 100 liras!..as if this will make my day after the rude guy they hired ruined it!

I did green tour with this agency. I had a wonderful time with the whole bus and it was a great expérience. I Forgot my phone inside the bus and they kept it for me. Special thanks to Osmane who has been a wonderful amphytrion !

Our hot air ballon reservation with another company was cancelled less than 24 hours before we were scheduled. The team at Hiro not only made special arrangements to have us picked up and dropped off so as to not threaten our return flight out of town, but also came in under the pricing of our previous arrangement. Hands on and dedicated - would highly recommend!

I booked for Red tour via my hotel and they are partners with Hiro Tour Travels. Overall, the experience was good, thanks to our driver and to our tour guide Mithat. He was very knowledgeable and responds to all our queries. He even told me additional information about the places we went which is really a plus! ? We had ample time to visit the sites. The tour group was not crowded too. Highly recommended for your tour in Cappadocia ???
