★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben kaliteli bir marka olduğu için tercih etmiştim ama alırken mağaza olmadığı için getirteceklerini söylediler ama 10 gün sonra yanlış bir şekilde elime ulaştı sonra mağaza mağaza gezerek değişim yapıldı sonra 4. giymemde topukları oynamaya başladı şimdide 1 haftadır tadilattan gelmesini bekliyorum bu markaya yakışmıyor malesef
I chose it because it was a quality brand, but they said they would bring it because there was no store when buying it, but it got me wrong after 10 days, then the store went through a store change, then my heels started to play in my 4th wear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir ayakkabi aldik 15 günde üzerindeki taşlar döküldü. Sonra ankamall mağazaya iade ettik. Bir hafta sonra iadeyi kabul ettikleri mesajı geldi. Evimize daha yakın olan gordion avm ye gittik bir ayakkabi begendik kasaya gittik iademiz var dedik mesaji gösterdik. Ayakkabıyı nereye verdiyseniz oraya gidin dediler. 20km git gel mesafe ama gittim. Neyse ordaki ayakkabıyı burada bulduk aldik farkı ödedim. Eve geldim birde bi baktım 37 numara kutusu içinden 36 numara çıktı. Yine yakın avm ye gittim ilk. Ne dediler tahmin edin. Aldığın yere git. Küfür gibi. Nerden bulaştım bunlara.
We took a shoe in 15 days, the stones were poured. Then we returned to ankamall store. A week later they received the return message. We went to the gordion avm, which is closer to our house, we went to a shelf like begendik box. They said go wherever you gave the shoes. 20km. Anyway, we found the shoes there and I paid the difference. I came home and looked at 36. First off I went to the avm again. Guess what they said. Go where you got it. Like swearing. Where did I get these?

It is in the Metromall shopping mall. It is known for its leather goods and shoe and bag turkey's one of the leading established companies. It is a brand that I have been shopping for many times and have been satisfied every time. I can recommend it with peace of mind. I recommend you to stop by especially during the discount periods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metromall mağazadan bot aldim hatalı çıktı, değişim talep ettim başka mağazada var getirtelim dediler anlaştık ancak 15 gün oldu hala haber yok mağazayı aradım botun magazaya geldiğini söylüyorlar haber vermek yok müşteri memnuniyti sıfır ÖNERİLMEZ!!!
I bought boots from Metromall store, it was faulty, I requested a change, they said to bring it in another store, we agreed, but it's been 15 days, still no news, I called the store and they say that the boat has arrived in the store, they say, no customer satisfaction, zero NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

A company that sent back the bot I used for 2 months because it was a customer error. There is no customer satisfaction. There is no standing behind the product. I was deceived and trusted the brand, they let me down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, both one back pack last year and I just travel one time when I arrived I USA the backpack as my hand luggage as broken in side , ok I just keep the pack and what i think !! When I arrive in Ankara I,m going to the shop Hotic located in the metromall and I,m sure the Hotic will take care of it, but not, just sad and of course I will not buy nothing there anymore.
