Bende hiçbir şey yapmadan yıkama vb herhangi bir şey Loft a götürdüm ve birkac giymeden sonra yırtılacağını soyledim ve bu ürünü kullanamayacagım açık net gözükmesine rağmen çalışanlar aldı yolladılar.10 gün sonra Birkaç kez aramama rağmen doğru düzgün cevap veren olmadı telefonda ben ise mağazaya gittim , gidince bana olumsuz cevap aldığımı ve istediğin yere git şikayet et cevabını aldım , tüketici haklarına şikayet ediyorum ayrıca Loftdan sizinde uzak durmanızı öneririm. + ( Ürünlerimiz 6 ay garanti dediler )
