Bunun üzerine ilk kez özel servisten hizmet alarak Orhan Otomotiv'de bu işlemi yaptırdım. Temmuz 2020'de başlayan hararet problemi sonrası tekrar Doğuş Oto ziyaretim sonrasında bu parçaların değişmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Orhan Otomotiv'i ziyaretim sonrasında sorunun klima valfinden kaynaklandığını söyleyerek parçayı değiştirdiler. SONUÇ: Hararet problemi devam etti ve Doğuş OTO'da tüm parçalar orjinalleriyle değiştirildi. Öncesinde bu uygulama için Orhan otomotiv'i bilgilendirğim de aldığım "Tamam ABi" cevabı yaptıkların işin arkasında ne kadar durduklarının göstergesiydi.
My Doğuş Oto maintained 2014 model A4 TFSI Q vehicle was told that a thermostat and water pump would need to be replaced in January 2020 (by Doğuş Oto). Thereupon, I had this procedure done in Orhan Otomotiv for the first time by getting service from the private service. After the heat problem that started in July 2020, they said that these parts should be changed after my visit to Doğuş Oto again. After my visit to Orhan Otomotiv, they said that the problem was caused by the air conditioning valve and changed the part. CONCLUSION: The temperature problem continued and all parts in Doğuş OTO were replaced with their originals. The "OK ABi" answer, which I received when I informed Orhan Otomotiv for this application before, was an indicator of how long they stood behind the work.
