The product you're giving comes nice clean, but the conversation sucks. If they don't, they'il ruin the mirin. Their style is not nice at all. If you are serving, you cannot call customer time according to your mutual time zone.

Tekrar çağırıp sorduğumuzda bize kendilerinin sorumlu olmadığını söyleyip suçu bize atmaya çalıştılar. Güya hiç kullanmadığımız bakma gereği bile duymadığımız halıları kullanıp ilaçlı suyla silmişiz ve bu lekeler oluşmuş. Karektersizlik, yalancılık ve işini doğru düzgün yapamama diyince aklımıza gelen tek firma paranızı ve halılarınızı çöpe atmak isterseniz mutlaka denemelisiniz.
We gave our carpets that are not in use to wash and we did not need to open and look when they came back 1 day ago when we wanted to use the carpets, what we saw surprised us. There were stains on the carpet. When we called again and asked, they tried to throw us the blame by telling us that they were not responsible. We used the carpets that we supposedly did not even need to look after and wiped them with medicated water and these stains were formed. You should definitely try it if you want to throw your money and carpets into the trash when it comes to carelessness, lying and not doing its job properly.

It has been a business that I have been using for the last 3 years but has always misled me. Carpets are gone, I don't know how to come anymore. I will never prefer it again. They say that they are very troubled about time. We have a small baby at home because of the cold, it's been a week, they are still not ready, we can't give a time.

Tek sorun halımızın iki kenarına overlok yaptırdık, iş iyi yapılmış ancak rengi orjinal kenar gibi değil parlak bir iple yapılmış.
Sonuç olarak memnun kaldık.
Ek: ağustos ayında verdiğim halı için 5. gün ben aradım. Ekim ayında verdiğim halı 10 gün sürer dendi 16. günde geldi.
Tek halı için fiyat farkediyor ama etsin zaten diğerleri gibi tek halıya gelmem demek yerine fiyat farkı daha iyi.
It washes well, its employees are sincere and respectful. They care about their job.
The only problem is that we had both edges of our carpet overlocked, the job is well done, but the color is not like the original edge, it is made with a bright thread.
As a result, we were satisfied.
Addendum: I called on the 5th day for the carpet I gave in August. The carpet I gave in October was said to take 10 days, and it came on the 16th day.
The price makes a difference for a single carpet, but the price difference is better, instead of saying that I won't come to one carpet like the others.
