★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenlik gorevlisinde super bir fotoğrafik hafıza var. Asansörleri gayet bakımlı ve sorunsuz çalışıyor. Oldukça da merkezi bir konumda. Komşuluk ilişkilerini bilemem fakat insanlar biraz daha güler yüzlü gibi. Eskiden daha bir cıvıl cıvıldı biraz daha bakımla eski cazibesini yakalayabilir sanki. Misafir için park yeri sıkıntısını çözmeleri gerekiyor.
Kuzey ve batı cephede gayet güzel bir manzara var. Sabahları oldukça yoğun bir trafik oluyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burada sadece inşaat kalitesini yorumluyorum. Böyle kötü inşaat görmedim yukarı katta yaşayanların yürümesi, konuşması, kavgası, gürültüsü herşeyi duyuluyor. Hatta duyulmak ne kelime ev zangırdıyor. Hele bir de medeniyetsiz komşularınız varsa tam bir kabus!
Here I am only commenting on the construction quality. I have never seen such a bad construction. The walking, talking, fighting and noise of the people living upstairs can be heard. What word even rattles the house to be heard. It's a nightmare, especially if you have uncivilized neighbors!
