They didn't wash the carpets well, we called them, they said, "Bring them back, let's wash them", we took them, this time they dirty it and sent it, I guess they did it themselves in the comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halıları 5-6 günde teslim ederiz dediler, 9.gün geldi. 9.gün gelecek deselerdi daha doğru olurdu. Gelmeden ararız dediler, aramadılar. Mutfakta serili halı biraz lekeliydi, temizlenememiş. Arkasına da etiket yapıştırmışlar, lekeyi çıkaramadık diye. Sanırım bir daha aynı yerde yıkatmam.
They said they would deliver the carpets in 5-6 days, the 9th day came. It would be more accurate if they said that the 9th day will come. They said they'd call before they come, they didn't. The carpet in the kitchen was a bit stained, could not be cleaned. They affixed a label on the back, because we couldn't remove the stain. I don't think I'll ever wash it in the same place again.
