 I request Mr President for his knowledge and attention. There are different prices for foreign citizens and those living there. This upset me as a Turkish citizen. Everyone should be given the same price. Note: I would appreciate it if you would be interested in the plate printing fee.

I have never seen a driver's room that print and issue plates quickly. My license plate was prepared in 5 minutes.
