Bir şey sormak cevabını almak insanların hakkı sanırım.Ama bu ilişkiyi eksik gördüm.Sanki bir şey sormak suçmuş izlenimi verdiler.Merak eden deneyebilir.
I think it's the right of people to get the answer to ask something. But I saw this relationship as incomplete. They gave the impression that it was a crime to ask something. Those who are curious can try it.

A place where the staff, who enter the product you have given up on buying as if you bought it after you left the store, and think that this will not be objected to, are immoral and brainless, with the most polite expression.

We bought a television on the 16th of December and three weeks later the internet browser stopped working. Ali in the shop was helpful and spoke to the service company who told me one week later I have to do a factory reset on the television to make it work again. I did that and it worked fine for another three and a half weeks and then stopped working again and also the volume on the television kept going up and down by itself and remote control stopped working. The service engineer came to the house and said there was a big software problem so he took it away and brought it back two days later telling us there should be no more problems. Another three weeks later it stopped working again so the service agent came to the house and took it away this time for 5 days. We were told we needed to change the browser to Google Chrome and then everything would work fine but when we tried to install on the television it said the television was not compatible with Google Chrome. I also noticed that when I signed into my Google account it did not recognize the device as a television it said it was a Motorola Nexus 6 telephone. We explained all this to the staff in the shop but they were not really interested. They told us this was nothing to do with our television but that all Android televisions would not work anymore with internet browser but we tried other than the shop and they all worked fine. They would not give us a refund or exchange the television and told us we need to go to the arbitration judge at the kaymakamlık. Our Turkish is not great but we understand a good bit and it was interesting to hear all of the stuff often using the word the 'yabancı' which we obviously know  means 'foreigner'. We have lived in Turkey for over a year-and-a-half and never experienced such terrible customer service. Despite them knowing that only three weeks after we got the TV we started having problems they said there was nothing wrong with it. We would strongly recommend if you want to buy a television or any other goods do not use this shop because if there are problems you will have nothing but huge headaches the same as we have. Our Turkish friend who came with us to the shop and he was quite shocked by the attitude and tone of the staff. We did fill out a complaint form ready to hand into the kaymaklık which is what our Turkish and English friends urged we do. Then my wife and I sat and had a good talk about it when we got home and decided against it.  Not because we were in the wrong or there wasn't anything wrong with the TV. We decided against it because we just wanted the grief and hassle to end. We are easy going happy people and  would rather just live with the TV problem and put it down to experience.  Luckily the only bad experience we have had since we came here.
