I heard that , the stuff will not pay attention to all customers ( they welcome more rich clients). I hope it is not true

I have tried steak burger here, they served some kind of special salads and these were really tasty to be honest. And they were served for free.
But the steak burger wasn’t that good, I asked for medium rare steak but it was well cooked. Steak was dry and bread wasn’t crispy. I was expecting more.
