★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoğun bir saatte gitmemize rağmen 30dk dan az bir sürede abonelik işlemimizi hallettik personel ilgili yardımcı. Saat 17.30 da kapanıyor yanlış hatırlamıyorsam.
Although we went at a busy hour, we completed our subscription process in less than 30 minutes, the staff was helpful. It closes at 17.30 if I remember correctly.

We moved from Istanbul, I have two small children, although the tenant canceled their contract. I can't get a subscription this winter day, it's a shame, it really has to be the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evimizin önünde servis kutusu yoktu abonelik başvurusunda bulundum. Müşteri Hizmetlerini 2~3 kez aramama rağmen derdimi anlatamadım ve doğru yönlendirmediler. Lara şubesinde gişede Bayan bir arkadaş işlemlerimde yardımcı oldu. Çok anlayışlı ve nazikti her türlü soruma sabırla cevap verip beni yönlendirdi. Aynı gün tüm işlemleri mi halletti. Bence bu hanımefendi tüm müşteri hizmetleri yöneticilerine oryantasyon eğitimi vermeli. ?
There was no service box in front of our house, I applied for a subscription. Although I called the Customer Service 2~3 times, I could not explain my problem and they did not guide me correctly. A female friend helped me with my transactions at the box office in Lara branch. He was very understanding and kind, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me. He did all the work on the same day. I think this lady should provide orientation training to all customer service managers. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayın yetkili -%80 ini yapmış olduğunuz Doğalgaz alt yapı çalışmalarınızın yapıldığı Antalya ili, Korkuteli ilçesi, merkez mahallesi olan Aşağıpazar Mahallesinin imarı Antalya 1. İdare Mahkemesi Kararı (E.No:2015/1557, K.No: 2016/55) ile iptal edilmiş olup mahallenin imarı yoktur. Bu karar 22.06.2020 tarihinde kesinleşmiştir ve mahallede alt yapı çalışmalarınız bu karardan 1 yıl sonra başlamıştır, imarı iptal edilen mahalleye doğalgaz alt yapısı döşemiş bulunmaktasınız. Mahkeme kararına rağmen halen de mahallenin imarı Korkuteli Belediyesince yapılmamış durumdadır. Aslında bu karar karar no'dan da anlaşılacağı üzere 2016 yılında yazılmıştır, Korkuteli Belediyesinin kararın esastan bozulmayacak itirazları nedeniyle kesinleşmesi 22.06.2020 tarihinde olmuştur. Sözleşmenizi inceleyip firmanıza mahallenin imarlı olup-olmadığı konusunda doğru bilgi verilip verilmediği konusunu araştırmanızı bilgilerinize rica ederim.

This decision was finalized on 22.06.2020 and your infrastructure works in the neighborhood started 1 year after this decision, you have installed natural gas infrastructure in the neighborhood whose construction was canceled. Despite the court decision, the development of the neighborhood is still not done by Korkuteli Municipality. In fact, this decision was written in 2016, as can be understood from the decision no. I would like you to examine your contract and investigate whether your company has been given correct information on whether the neighborhood is zoned or not.
