★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akilli saatimin pilimin ömrünü bittiği için servise verdim.Yeni pilin ful şarj olmaması gerekcesi ile servise geri götürdüm.Saatimi teslim aldığımda kayisimin pimin değiştirildiğini fark ettim.Konuyu servis yetkilileri ile paylaştıgimda bana kayisin sokulmeden işlem yapıldığı kayisimin orijinal kayis olmadığı söylenerek bir işlem yapılmadı. Ancak saatimi sağ elimde kullandığım için yapılan değişiklikte kayis sol ele göre ayarlanmıştı.Konuyu Samsung merkeze aktardık.Suana kadar herhangi bir geri dönüş olmadı. Artık orijinal servislere güvenim kalmadı.Neden size daha fazla para veriyorum?
I gave my smart watch to the service because my battery was out of life. I took it back to the service on the condition that the new battery should not be fully charged.When I received my watch, I noticed that the pin of my strap was replaced. However, since I used my watch on my right hand, the strap was adjusted to the left hand. We transferred the subject to Samsung center. There was no return until water. I no longer have confidence in original services. Why am I giving you more money?
