J' habite tout prêt, j' ai été voir pour louer une semaine pour des membres de ma famille, mais ça n' existe pas. Le numéro de téléphone n' est pas répertorié, c'est un faux. Sur booking, avec un autre nom d' appartement, il donne cette même adresse avec des photos aussi, à louer, mais il n'y a rien, c'est un terrain vague, il n' y a pas de bâtiments à cette endroit. C'est une arnaque.

I was pleased to be shown around by English agents who understand the process of possibly relocating to another country eventually. The properties were amazing but there was no hard sell at all which was refreshing. They could answer all my questions about the locality and have an excellent knowledge of the local market.

We met the two of the partners of Malibu Invest Real Estate, Mahmutlar, Alanya, Turkey when we bought our first investment properties in 2004 and found their advice and support invaluable as foreigners buying property in Turkey. After this we bought from them a second two bedroom apartment in Mahmutlar in 2005 which we have successfully rented out as holiday apartments and to the local Turkish workforce for many years. Most recently we decided to invest in two off plan apartments through Malibu Invest Real Estate who helped us sell our existing properties and guided us through the process of buying a brand new build, off plan apartment in a new complex. We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received. We have been unable to be present in the country to deal personally with selling and buying our properties but we have been kept up to date with telephone calls, emails, photographs and answers to any questions we have had. They have even taken control of finding storage for our furniture and arranged for our personal possessions to the packed away safely until our new properties in Bay Construction, Mahmutlar are ready for us to move in during June 2015. We believe the reason the company is so successful is because they care about small details which are very important when you are far away in another country unable to visit only frequently. They instil confidence and have allayed any fears we may have had through their diligence and careful selection of the construction companies they choose to work with and recommend. Having seen the speed at which the project is developing and the gains to be made buying property off plan we are already considering re-investing our money in the next project when it becomes available. We love visiting Malibu Gourmet, the sister company of Malibu Invest. We believe that Mahmutlar is growing at such a rate it will remain a very good place to invest in the years to come, with Gazipasa - Alanya Airport finally getting its new runway, the plans for a golf course in Mahmutlar and neighbouring Kargicak and the Alanya Ski Resort planned for 2016 it has huge potential. We are considering becoming UK agents for Malibu Invest as we would feel confident that any clients we send would be well looked after and guided responsibly.

I recently spent a week at Bay 3 apartments with a view to purchase. The location is superb a fabulous sea view from the side balcony and a view from the bedroom of the ancient ruins of Nuala. The apartment is stylish and modern . The owners were more than helpful during our stay and ensured that we were able to meet with the local community and explore the area fully .I have complete trust in this company and no hesitation in this recommendation.
