★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent flat number 7 especially if the landlord is called Mohammed from Iraq! I don't know about any others. But, the facilities are good such as swimming pool, tennis court and BBQ. The residence are very secure guarded with patrol every few hours (I was bored one day and monitored them... Lol). Ensure that every electrical equipment works and there are no plumbing issues as well as hot water on demand. Also check enough cutlery and flick through the TV channels to check they work. Check AC blows out HOT and cold. Good luck
